ATTORNEY DENISE D. LEMMON

Denise Lemmon has over 15 years of experience aggressively advocating for injured workers in the court room. Denise has successfully handled numerous complex cases involving all types of injuries, aggravations to pre-existing conditions, industrial diseases, depression, chronic pain syndrome and failed medical treatment.

Denise Lemmon graduated from William Mitchell College of Law with a Juris Doctor and the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor Degree in Economics. Denise is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. Denise is affiliated with numerous legal bar and trial advocacy associations.

ATTORNEY CONRAD M. TANASYCHUK

Conrad M. Tanasychuk has over 10 years of practical industry experience in labor relations including collective bargaining, grievance mediation, arbitration, discipline and discharge, contract interpretation and administration. Conrad's experience also includes workers' compensation as well as occupational safety and health.

Conrad graduated from Hamline University School of Law with a Juris Doctor along with a Certificate in Dispute Resolution. Conrad also has a Masters of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. Conrad Tanasychuk is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. Conrad is affiliated with the Minnesota legal bar, trial advocacy associations along with being a member of the Dakota Bar Association.
